polymap.org

POLYMAP3 is an open source (LGPL) web application framework, built with Eclipse RAP technology and based on great open source components including uDig, GeoTools and OpenLayers.

polymap.org is the place to meet and discuss the development of the core system and the plugins. Plugins can extend the core system by all kinds of workbench parts, UI elements, data sources, data processors, decorators, etc.

The development is driven by an informal community of developers and interested users.

While POLYMAP2 is a mature system, POLYMAP3 is the next generation and a complete rewrite of the system. We invite all interested parties to join us with the developement of POLYMAP3 by coding, asking, discussing and giving comments.
